Reflection
Today’s experiment was fun and very interesting. For the first experiment I did I thought it would fail but turned out to have worked and for the second experiment I knew it would work because I have tried it before. Today was fun because when I was in year 1 there was a magician that did the first activity and I thought that he had powers but now I know how he did it.

Building a Sundial

 Making a Sundial

Today I built a very ancient item, the item I built was a Sundial

A sundial is a device that is used to tell time by the positioning of the sun. This happens when the sun is shining and is hitting the sundial which casts a shadow and the shadow will indicate the time it is by pointing to the number.

How to make a Xylophone:

Final product

After making my Xylophone I tested it out and was a big success, the paper Xylophone was making different sounds.

This experiment wasn't too hard to make but took a long time due to the huge amount of retakes on the making of the clip. I really enjoyed making the paper Xylophone and was really surprised at how it came out.

Glow in the Dark with Mrs Tofa

Today I learnt how you can make things glow, so first we fueled up a glass half way and than we took out all the ink out of a highlighter. Then we tipped all the ink into the glass of water than we put tape on  our teachers phones camera and then coloured it blue then we put another tape on and then coloured it blue again then the last on was put tape on again and coloured it purple which made it a black light. After that we went into a dark room and Mrs card turned her light and my group and I were glowing green like the hulk. It was a cool experiment and experiences.
