    Ruby here from the Summer Learning Journey team.

    This is a great waiata! And Stan Walker is awesome, isn't he. It's great that it makes you feel happy when you listen to it, I felt the same way.

    Do you know what the words mean? I think it's important to know the meaning of our favourite songs and like them for that not just the tune.

    I look forward to reading more of your blog over the summer.

    Not really,I can understand the meaning but it is one of my favourite songs because it is catchy and sometimes I also listen to the English version.

      Maybe you could Google the words and translate them to English so that all of the people reading your blog can know what the song is about! Or you could attach a link for the English version as well?
