Why should we be able to swim? The reason we should be able to swim is that if there is a Tsunami or a flood then we got to be able to swim. Not only if there’s a flood or a tsunami but if you are drowning. Another good thing about learning to swim is that you build body muscle, keep your heart rate up but will release some stress, also helps keep a healthy weight and healthy heart and lungs.

Swimming is a really good sport and will help your body build and stay healthy which is a really good thing and also will give you the knowledge that you need to be a really good swimmer. There are different types of swimming techniques and even though they look different all will help you swim.

Overall, Swimming will not just help you with improving your body muscle it will improve your swimming skills and your ability to swim in case of an emergency. It will also help your body by helping part of your body like the heart, lungs, muscle and will help calm your stress down.
