6 tip on how to keep your teeth clean

1. We need to brush our teeth, once in the morning and once in night before going to bed.
2. To avoid tooth decay use fluoride toothpaste.
3. We must brush our teeth at least two to three minutes.
4. You must floss your teeth daily to get out all the food from inbetween the teeth.
5. Avoid acid and sugary foods that can cause cavities.
6. Wear a mouthguard and face helmet to protect from injury.

           8.hot is something that just came out of the oven.

          9.sweet is a type a snack that is very sugary.

          10.cooking is when you put something in oven and it cooks.

4. My question and answers:why did she go to the market.because her grandmother said to go to the market after school Finnish and get some bananas for her.why did she ask if grandmother liked the bananas.because she did not now what bananas she liked.

Glenbrae’'s Duffy Role Model Assembly

                    

On Monday the 18th of September, Glenbrae school had a duffy role model assembly in the Glenbrae school hall.

First of all we all settled down. When we all waited for our special guest, Niva Retimanu. Loto and Aaliyah introduced Niva Retimanu. She is a Samoan  that was born in invercargill and her daily job is to be a Journalist/News Reporter. She started her job at the age of 18 and she has been working for 30 years.

She grabbed out a book called ‘KISS KISS YUCK! YUCK!’. She asked if anyone had read this book and only a little amount of people put there hands up.

After Niva finished reading the book, she helped to give out our duffy book’s starting out with the junior classes to the senior classes. When she had finished giving out the dook’s the whole School sang the Duffy song with Niva retimanu.

Finally we all got dismissed by our school student leader Luisa Maasi.

In the holiday i would like to go to Gravity jump so that i can learn how to do a backflip and land.

To go to Gravity i will do my dishes, vacuum the house, do all my homework, clean the house, do my bed, refold my cubed if it is unfolded and clean the car.
