SLJ - Week Four Day Five - Activity 3: Concluding the Journey

This year’s summer learning journey was very fun and sometimes

it was a bit difficult. I learned a lot, like what a Tapa pattern is,

New Brands, Good people in this world and also some facts

about them. This year’s SLJ has finished and I'm looking forward

to the next one. I hope I win the prize, but if I don't it’s alright

because I have learned a lot. I think that I will move up in all my

subjects in school.

I have chosen this one because sometimes I think that I can't do it but in reality, I can. EG. I was behind in the summer learning journey but worked hard and now in front of everyone. 

SLJ - Week Four Day Five - Activity 1: The World of Hip Hop

My opinion on this video is that The Royal Family is a very Good and Intense dancer. Their choreography is spot on and the music makes the dance-pop out. I also loved that they are all matching in clothing. They had no problems they all worked together and most importantly they didn’t need to improve anything. Overall I'm glad that they are from New Zealand and I'm also glad that they won.

I have chosen this design because the patterns on the side represent my Samoan side and the batman logo is because my whole family including my uncles and unties like batman a lot.   

SLJ - Week Four Day Four - Activity 1: Fashion forward

Rachel Easting and Anjali Burnett met each other in Primary school. They both studied Art and Fashion. Then the pair started working on a small project before launching their brand “TWENTY-SEVEN NAMES”. The reason they named it “twenty-seven names” is because there were Twenty-Seven people that help them get the brand off the ground and onto the markets.     

SLJ - Week Four Day Three - Activity 3: Feast or Famine

If I had the opportunity to travel to Uganda and meet some kids I would go. I would go for 40 hours to learn, play and have fun with some kids running from there home because of war. In the video, it looks like they have forgotten, which is good because they can move on with their lives. I would also love to help with fundraisings and stuff like that. Kids over there seem nice and I would love to be apart of their future. I just hope that kids without their parents can still be strong and move on with their life and become someone better than themselves.     

SLJ - Week Four Day Three - Activity 2: Plot Points

If I got to make and be a director of my movie it would be about, the remake of the Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air [Movie not Series]. I chose to make a remake of the Fresh Prince because I loved the series and would love to make a movie about it. Will Smith played an amazing part in the series and would be had to find someone else with the same talents as Will Smith but would be fun.   

SLJ - Week Four Day Three - Activity 1: Talk Show Host

In the future, I would want to be a rugby play. I would want to play rugby for as long as I could because it is a very fun game. The other reason why is because I would what to make my family proud. The rugby team I would want to play with is the Blues. I would want to play with the blues because they are my favorite because they have some of my favorite plays and one day I would want to play with them

The other thing I would do is be a police pilot and fly the helicopter. I would want to do this because it looks like fun and I think that I would enjoy it. Another reason is that it would help me and my family financially.

I have chosen my parents as my role models. I have chosen them because they work very hard to provide things for me and my brothers. I am very grateful for them because they teach us things that will help us in life. Overall they try their best to do things for us and are very good role models

I think that BTS is a really good group and has millions of fans. I don’t listen to their music but many have said they are really good dancers and singers. I have just finished watching one of there songs and personally think that they are really good dancers ad also think that many would agree.

Dear Diary,

Today I and my friends went to raid area 51. It was a fun experience, we all had fun. After we raid we went and had dinner at Roi. That night something weird happened to me but nobody knows. I SAW AN ALLEN, I know I might be crazy but I saw what I saw. I don't know what to do but I feel wired very since. I don’t know who to tell because they might think that I'm crazy but I'm not. I’ll keep you updated Diary but don't know when I will write in this book again. Till then signing out.

This Morning I woke up had a shower then brushed my teeth. After brushing
my teeth I got dressed and had breakfast.  Soon after I finished eating I

Neil Alden Armstrong was an American astronaut and aeronautical engineer and was also the first person to walk on the moon. Mr. Armstrong was not just an astronaut he was a naval aviator, test pilot, and a university professor. Mr. Armstrong worked for NASA and joined the second corps which was picked in 1962. Mr. Armstrong was born on 5th August 1930, Wapakoneta, Ohio, United States and died 25 August 2012, Cincinnati, Ohio, United States.

SLJ - Week Three Day Five - Activity 2: Caine’s Arcade

My favorite game is called FORTNITE. Fortnite can be played through all gaming platforms. Fortnite is a game where 100 players get put on a battle bus and then dropped off on an island. Then loot up and fight till the last person standing. This is my favorite game because it is fun and I can play with my Family and Friends. I enjoy playing this game because of the way everyone plays, there's no hacks or anything bad. Overall very good game

The Aquabats program looks cool and if we had it at my school I reckon it would be cool. In the video, kids were having fun and if they can have fun doing it our school might have fun doing it. Overall it would be cool to be apart of an underwater robot program.

The person I have chosen is Didier Queloz. Mr. Queloz was born on 23 February 1966 in Geneva, Switzerland. Mr. Queloz won the Nobel Prize in Physics For 2019. He had achieved the award for the discovery of an exoplanet orbiting a solar-type star. He was not the only one to receive the prize, he shared with another man named Michel Mayor.

Things I have learned

I have learned that technology has come a long way from where it had
started. Nowadays people make hands, arms, and much more from
just a printing machine. I have also learned that people with no hands
are lucky because now they can get hands but back in the day when
you had no hands you had to live with it. 

Things that surprised me

There was one thing that surprised me. It was how far technology has
come. I also learned that we were lucky to have a man in this world
named Chuck Hull, he was the one that invented 3D printing.

I would love to live in a tiny house one day. WHY….. I would want to live in a tiny house because I would have lots of privacy, you don’t have anything disturbing you when your sleeping and also you have a beautiful view. WHY I FEEL THIS WAY…. I feel this way because its all to myself and it is kind of big on the inside.
