    These are some great tips to de-stress! Doing proper breather is something that counsellors actually recommend, too, to help with stress and anxiety. Drawing a picture is an interesting idea, is that something that helps you deal with stress?

    My name is Emiely (pronounced “Emily”) and I work alongside Nicky at the Summer Learning Journey!

    Thanks for sharing these tips on how to deal with stress, I find talking to someone really helps me too. Sometimes when I want to let it out, but I don;t exactly want to talk to anyone about it, I grab my journal and spill all my thoughts into my journal. I always feel better once I have let it out. Next time I will try drawing a picture and taking deep breaths! Do you use your tips too to deal with stress? Which is your top tip?
