Picture Perfect - SLJ

DAY 4 WEEK 2 ACTIVITY 3




This is my favourite selfie because the man is very high and is not scare. I choose this one because if that was me I would have fall off but this man was not scared and climbed to the top of this statue and took a selfie, that was very brave. I think that he climbed to the top to take a very nice selfie and to over view his city.

    Hello Richie,
    I really like how you described him as brave and not scared because that is what I thought.

    I think that he may be a tourist visiting a country that he loves. I also really agree that he is a brave person and he wont feel the fear of falling. I think that you could add in a bit more detail about what his city is and why he may be taking the selfie.

    Great observations of this selfie! I like that you have thought about so many different aspects!

    I was also intrigued by this selfie, I wanted to know where/what was happening so I did a bit of a google and found this:

    Would you do that too if you had the opportunity?

    Looks really high to me! I am a little bit afraid of heights.
    I like to challenge my fears sometimes though - I worked at a camp in America and decided to become a High Ropes Instructor to try lessen my fear of heights. I think it worked a little bit. :)
    I also tried canyoneering on my trip to the Philippines and jumped from a 13m high waterfall - I was really scared but chuffed I did it!!
    Do you have anything you are afraid of?

    Thanks for the comment. Thanks for the website I will be sure to look at it. If I had the opportunity to climb. I would not because it would be ricking your life just to take a selfie. The only fare I have is losing my family.
